Yes, we offer COD services across Pakistan on limited products. However, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order. This ensures faster shipping and secure delivery of your items.

We offer a 48-hour return policy for items sold as "In-Stock" Only. Please note the following conditions:

Eligible Items: Only products that are strictly sealed, unopened, and in original packaging ( Pin-Pack ). Once the seal is broken, the item is considered sold.

Ineligible Items: Products sold as "On Order Only," backordered items, or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned.

Note: If your product is damaged during transit, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To process a claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package and the product as it is being opened. We may reject the claim for very minor & negligible damage during shipping.

This policy will be valid only after the return is approved by our team, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
