Policy

Our warranty services are based on the terms and conditions set by the original manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. Please review the following policy carefully before making a warranty claim.

  • → Scope of Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects or damage resulting from abuse, accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  • → Liability: , As resellers,we are not responsible for any defects that appear after a product has been sold in good working condition. All warranty claims are handled on behalf of the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.
  • → Proof of Purchase: The original invoice, product boxes, and all accessories are required for all warranty claims. Claims without a valid invoice may be rejected.
  • → Inspection at Purchase: Please inspect your product carefully before leaving our store. The warranty period begins once the invoice has been generated. Any issues discovered afterward will be processed through the standard warranty claim procedure.


The warranty starts from the date of purchase. The manufacturer, supplier, or distributor reserves the right to reject any warranty claim under the following conditions:

  • → The product has been damaged due to improper use, power surges, or natural disasters.
  • → The product shows signs of being broken, burned, or rusted.
  • → The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • → The product is not returned in a proper condition, including the original packaging and protective materials.
  • → The warranty sticker or serial number is is removed, defaced, or tampered with.


→ LCDs/LEDs: The warranty does not cover screen defects like dead pixels or dots unless there are five (5) or more dead pixels, which may be claimed under certain conditions.

→ Printers: Printer cartridges and toners are not covered under warranty unless under an official brand warranty, which explicitly includes them under specific conditions.

→ Software: Software-related issues are not included in warranty. It is provided directly by the manufacturer and is not covered under our warranty.

→ Accessories: Power adapters, cables, and other additional accessories are not covered under warranty.


  • → Local Warranty: This warranty is provided directly by a distribution network or company appointed by the manufacturer. Our role is to only send the product to the distributor in case of warranty.
  • → Official/Brand Warranty: This warranty may be provided either through us, or directly by a local channel appointed by the manufacturer. We hold no liability for these claims, and customers may contact the authorized service center directly.
  • → Limited Warranty: The first year will be a free warranty period, with subsequent years requiring a paid service or direct claim through the service center.
  • → Checking Warranty: This warranty is typically for used or products backed by no distributions or service centers by companies. It may last for 3-to-15 days period from the date of purchase. It only covers basic functionality on working condition and does not extend to issues caused by misuse or external damage.
  • → International Warranty: Customers may register the product with the manufacturer and handle the claim directly.
  • → No Warranty: All products without any warranty information mentioned on the product page contain no warranty or limited checking warranty depending on the product.


We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products that match what you ordered. We only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions. Please note that we do not accommodate returns due to a change of mind, no longer needing the product.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • → The product must be safely returned to our store.
  • → It must be returned with not opened with all original seals, plastic wrap, and packaging intact.
  • → The return or exchange must be initiated within 1-3 days of the purchase date.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • → Opened or unsealed products: Once the packaging is broken, the item is considered a final sale.
  • → Backordered items: In some cases where the product is out of stock and is backordered, the product shall be counted as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return & Exchange Process

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • → Contact our team representative within 48 hours after delivery.
  • → Provide your order number and proof of purchase for verification.
  • → If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


1. Shipping and Packaging Quality:


1.1 Al Burhan Computers prioritizes secure, high-quality packaging to ensure that your products reach you in the best condition. We partner with trusted courier services that emphasize quality handling over fast delivery.


1.2 Delivery times may vary from 1 to 15 business days, depending on the product, delivery location, and any weather-related delays.


2. Customer Responsibility for Delivery:


2.1 All deliveries are at the customer’s own risk and expense. Upon delivery, customers cannot open or inspect the package at the doorstep. Any damages caused during transit will not be the responsibility of Al Burhan Computers or the courier, as per the policies of both parties.


2.2 If a shipment is lost or stolen before delivery, Al Burhan Computers will not be held responsible unless proven otherwise. The courier service will be responsible only if the fault lies with them.


3. Claims for Damaged Products:


3.1 Al Burhan Computers takes every precaution to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, in the rare event of a damaged product upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for filing any claims or arranging replacements. Neither Al Burhan Computers nor the courier service will be held liable.


4. Proof of Shipping and Delivery:


4.1 Al Burhan Computers will provide proof of shipping, including tracking details and packaging evidence, when requested by the customer. While this is not obligatory, we offer it as a courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction.


4.2 Once the proof of shipping is shared with the customer, Al Burhan Computers is not responsible for any lost items or mishaps that occur during the delivery process.


5. Ensuring Full Delivery at the Doorstep:


5.1 Upon delivery, customers are required to ensure they receive all the packages mentioned in the booking slip. For example, if an order is divided into two boxes, the customer must confirm that they have received both.


5.2 If all packages are not delivered, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery, requesting the courier to return it and deliver the complete order.


6. Lost or Incomplete Shipments:


6.1 If a customer’s shipment is lost or delivered incompletely, the responsibility will lie with the courier service. Al Burhan Computers will assist the customer in retrieving the items to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held responsible for the courier’s actions.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:


7.1 If the customer fails to pay the required COD amount, the order will be canceled, and any advance payments will be refunded minus delivery and packaging charges.


7.2 For orders exceeding PKR 50,000, Al Burhan Computers may require a higher deposit (more than 10%) to confirm the order.


8. Cancellation and Refunds:


8.1 Al Burhan Computers reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If the order has already been shipped, any advance payments will be refunded, minus shipping and packaging charges.


8.2 If a customer cancels their order after the product has been packaged, packaging charges may apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
