The warranty will be immediately void if problems occur that result, directly or indirectly, from:
• Physical Damage: Any cracks, dents, or broken screens (lines/shades).
• Screen Issues: Lines, white spots (shades), or cracks appearing after delivery.
• Liquid Damage: Any signs of water, moisture, or coffee inside the laptop.
• Electrical Surge or Burn: Motherboard "Burn" marks due to unstable power or short-circuits.
• Tampering: If the Warranty Seal (*Back Cover Screw Sticker Seal) is broken or the back cover is opened without our authorization, or repairs done or changes in physical laptop which may affect its originality.
• Battery Misuse/Swelling: Battery swelling caused by 24/7 overcharging or heating.
• Misuse of Product: Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
• Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
• Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by our store.
• Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
• Broken Hinges and Speakers are not included under Warranty
• Chargers and Power Cords are not covered under Warranty.
These laptops are slightly used in the past therefore during the warranty period, the laptop may not perform similarly as on Day 1. Which also include:
• Normal Wear and Tear
• Lower Battery Timings
This usage guide ensures your laptop stays in working condition for a longer period of time.
• Surfaces: Use only on hard surfaces (Tables/Desks). Never use on beds or pillows (blocks cooling).
• Charging:
→ Let the laptop charge whenever using the laptop even if battery is fully charged, this ensures lower battery cycles, which leads to a better battery health.
→ Avoid charging overnight / when not using that may result in battery swelling.
→ The 20% Rule: Do not let the battery drop to 0%. Plug in the charger at 20% to save battery cycles.
• Handling: Open the lid gently from the middle. Never pick the laptop up by the screen.
• Screen Care: Do not place heavy bags or books on top of the laptop when it is closed.
• Ports: Insert USBs and chargers straight and gently. Wiggling them or forcing them in can damage the motherboard. Type-C Ports must be inserted with caution and properly.
• Environment: Keep away from food, liquids, and heavy dust.
If your laptop fails to power on or a hardware component stops working:
• Ensure the laptop's warranty is not void, and all terms above are met. Otherwise the warranty will be void.
• Bring the laptop in original condition along with accessories to our physical store, along with your original Trust Delivery Receipt and Invoice.
• Ensure all of the Warranty Stickers are intact.
• Our technical team will send the device to the vendor, and warranty validity or invalidity will be confirmed after, if warranty is not void, repairs, replacement of components will be provided under 15-25 Days.
